Twitter endlessly 'authorizing'

I just installed twitter and signed up using the twitter app on an IP4 (4.0.1). After trying to sign in now it just says authorizing but never gets past that stage and I left it running for an hour in the background. It seems to let me log in from my laptop. Is there another app I can use to access twitter? Thanks

It should work. There are a bunch of other Twitter apps for the iPhone, search the App Store.

Thanks. I will keep trying to get it to work. I uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted but it keeps getting stuck at that screen. I will also poke around the App store some more.

Thank you so much!!! That was the problem. I had vWallpaper installed and it was not compatable. I unistalled that and turned off that toggle mentioned on that page and it works perfectly now. I don't know how you found that but thanks very much!
