Twitter Facebook Apps Not In Fullscreen After Launching

After updating to iOS 7 and repairing my broken screen, every time I launch any of these apps, they show in the middle of the screen. And touch won't work around it.

I googled and saw a post that says; using a tweak on Cydia will make them work smoothly.

So I jailbroken my iPhone 4S because of that, after all the JB processes, when I launch Cydia too, it doesn't show in Full Screen.

Every other apps work smoothly ! But I need these 2 apps, most especially the FB App.

Besides, I need to access Cydia tweaks, because my Chipped iPhone 4S doesn't have 3G/EDGE toggle which makes my iPhone to always be on 3G and drains battery faster.

Can you post a screenshot? This is odd. And its on a 4s, correct?

do you have any flex patch for these two apps? if yes, try removing them
