iPod touch Twitter installing glitch?

I got this yesterday night and It still isn't gone this morning. The app on the first page works fine. I was moving the twitter app to the first screen while it was downloading then this happened. I get that alot with certain apps it happens when you try to install it and move it while its still downloading its very very weird

Yeah that's exactly what I did. Bit annoying to but I can live with it because its a quick fix
