Twitter missing from share tab in Photos?

I noticed today that Twitter is mysteriously missing from the share tab in Photos on my iPhone 6.

Yes, I checked to make sure that my account is enabled in Settings -> Twitter.

Yes tapped "More", it's not in the list of things you can flip on.

What the deuce? I can still tweet from the app but I used to tweet from Photos often!

Check and see if you have access turned off in Settings, Privacy, Photos, Twitter. I just checked on my phone and if the thing is turned off in Privacy, the app doesn't appear in the more menu.
