Twitter not showing up in "Notifications" on i4S?

Anyone else got this?

I get it in the "Notifications" list of my iPad2. . .but on the new 4S it doesn't show up in the list even with the app installed meaning no notifications.

Any one else got any cures?

You have to activate in settings

I did that I forced quit the app and settings then opened twitter and got a pop up asking for notifications. Now it's working
