Twitter update 1/25?

There was a twitter app update today with a very generic "new ways to view tweets" or some dumb update note.
Does anyone know if this kills the way the feed currently works? Load oldest tweets at bottom with newest on top? Basically a "most recent" tweet style like Facebook used to have?

Seriously, I would pay money to be able to read tweets in chronological order. This new-stuff-at-the-top has crippled an entire generation (only half kidding).
