Does anyone have any issues with regards to following and unfollowing people?

I click unfollow, and 2 seconds later its following that person again.

same with trying to follow, I click follow, its highlighted, 2 secs later im unfollowing them....

only have 15 accounts im following, tried this on PC IE10/Firefox and Ios6.02
