two 20" cinema displays -- different colors

hi

i have recently bought two 20" cinema displays which i connected to my MacPro.. and I was really disappointed since one of the displays was more yellowish than the other one and no so bright and contrast.

i've tried using Calibration Tool, but no luck -- the white is not really white but yellow.

is this normal or i got a faulty display? or are there any other calibration tools i can use?

normally, shall they have SIMILAR colors and whites?
