If I have two computers that sit near one another, is there any problem using a bluetooth keyboard on each, or will they interfere somehow?

When you pair them to the appropriate computer, they will be encoded to only work with that computer unless you release it and pair it with another.

Multiple bluetooth devices shouldn't interfere with each other. Just get your pairing done correctly and you should be fine. :)

Good lord would this be a good gag to play on the wife, while she's typing something I sit behind her typing something else in the document.

"What are you doing? I can see you! I notice your wearing red, I can see you through your iSight camera!"

Would be interesting to see if you can pair 2 keyboards to the same computer. I have never tried that.
