Two different CCards, one was rejected.

Hello folks,

I just tried to purchase a new macbook pro with two different cards. As the title suggested, one of them was rejected and I couldn't complete the order. But the other CC I used was charged. I'm not sure if its status hold or processing or whatever, I just got a text message from my bank. So my question is should I call Apple, or wait it to disappear itself. And since it effects my balance, how long does it take to become normal? Any ideas?

I deal with credit card processing a lot. So when you buy something it puts an authorization on. It will not actually "capture" the funds until the money is used. Since you have two credit cards, one got the auth, the second one failed, so the first one never captured either. Basically have to wait 2-3 days before the auth drops out so you can try again. Depending on banks and processors. I've seen some take up to 5-10 days (but that's rare nowadays).
