Two Displays Mac & Windows & One GlassbookPro

I'm looking in to online trading systems and it seems Windows is the way to go. The only Mac option seems to be using Java.

Am I able to set up two Cinema Displays one showing Windows and the other OSX both from my new Macbook Pro and at the same time? Or is it one OS or the other? Currently, I have the 23" Cinema Display but, am patiently waiting for the new LED 24" Display coming soon. They would be the two displays I'd use.

Any time you're running Windows at the same time as OS X it will be in a virtual machine... I personally wouldn't use that for online trading -- too much delay, not enough power. I think your best choice will be rebooting into Windows for the session.
