Two DVI monitors on the new macbook pro?

Since the new macbook pro has two thunderbolt ports, can i get two Mini DisplayPort to DVI Adapters and use them to plugin two 24" DVI monitors at 1920x1200? I would want to use them as additional monitors, not for mirroring.
 
Yes, that will work.

I'm not 100% sure but I think you could also do HDMI to DVI for one of them, which would leave you an open Thunderbolt port for an Ethernet or Firewire adapter if needed.
