two finger scroll safari issues (new mbp)

so, i got my mbp a few days ago and i just started getting some weird horizontal lines through text and images..sometimes the text gets cut in half horizontally and is pasted ontop of itself a few times.

it seems to only happen when i do a two finger scroll down a webpage in safari...

...i also notice that flash ads...pardon the pun...flash on and off while i am srolling...

in firefox, i get a lot of flashing of ads and embedded videos...like on the front page of nfl.com...so its not isolated to safari alone...

anyone have any suggestions or seen this problem?

**edit** it seems to have cleared itself up after a reboot. Still strange though...

i got the same problem
i noticed it after i put the MBP to sleep (by closing the lid), but i had it in Mail as well as Safari.

i had the problem twice, and every time the reboot solves the problem, although i don't want to have to reboot every time...

i didn't notice if it happened only on the two-fingers scrolling...

will post more next time i see the problem
