I've used my iPhone 4 (and before that, my original iPhone) to scroll PDF documents inside a frame on a website (poorly designed, I know, but it's the silly WebCT college course website system I have to use to download lecture notes etc) and before, I could use two fingers inside the window to scroll.
However, recently, I've discovered that two finger scrolling stopped working. It would think I'm zooming instead (small amounts). I tried to Google the issue and most results seem to be spam/content farms. There was one thread on Apple Discussions but I couldn't access it, but Google's preview mentioned something about it not working for someone else since the upgrade to 4.2.1?
If anyone has any insight i'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
