OK, just updated to Mavericks, and two finger scrolling on my magic trackpad is broken! Is there something really simple I am missing here? It is turned on in settings.
Using the arrows to screen is a real pain! Is there a fix?

Edit: Just noticed it is just chrome that seems to be effected!

Did you check the accessibility settings as well? Accessibility -> Mouse & Trackpad -> Trackpad Options

Scrolling feels different to me, not as fast as it used to be.

Yes and scrolling is turned on in there also :/

I have a funny problem with this too.
When in Preview I can 2 finger scroll a short distance and then it'll stop working.
If I just tap and move the pointer around it'll then start to work again.
Seems to stop sooner if I scroll more slowly - if I try to go full pace from page 1 to 350 of a pdf it'll work but going slowly through 1 or 2 pages it'll stop.
When I use my magic mouse the finger scroll seems to keep working.
I haven't yet found the problem in any other app.
It was all working perfectly immediately prior to the upgrade so unless there was some huge coincidence it's software, not hardware.
What the??
