Two Gmail Addresses, which email does the archive folder show?

I have 2 gmail accounts (account A & B). I have account B forward messages to account A through Gmail (not through the Mac Mail program).

When I open the mail program and look at the inbox or archive top level folder (which show both A and B account), which email message am I seeing, from the A account or B account? If I hit delete, is it deleting from the A account or B account?
