Two Hard Drives - Two Application Folders - Merged View?

Hello,

I installed a second hard drive into my Mac and moved my User Folder onto the second disk.

My primary hard drive has an /Application Folder, and my second disk also has an ~/Application Folder.

Is there a way to get a "merged" view of both application folders? Right now I have to open up two different application folders to see all my apps.

I hope this makes sense?
