two instances of iTerm assigned to desktops

Hi,
I would like to have:
1 instance of iTerm - called iTerm assigned to Desktop1. Permanently.
Second instance of iTerm, can be called otherwise - iTermWork, assigned to Desktop2.
I tried making copy of iTerm and renaming - but when I assigned iTermWork to Desktop2 - then normal iTerm is opening under Desktop2 too..

Anybody have any clue? ;)
