Hi guys,

I recently received two identical iPhone 3GS 32GBs (3.1.2). I've been doing a lot of testing (all day and night) on both of them with the SpeedTest.net app and my home WiFi network, and there's something that I found strange:

If I run the WiFi speed test on phone #1, I will get a solid result, i.e. 3000 kbps download.

If I run the WiFi speed test on phone #2, I will also get a solid result, i.e. 3000 kbps download again.

However, if I run them simultaneously (or even with slightly different starting times, as long as they are both downloading together at some point), phone #2 will just completely destroy all of phone #1's bandwidth, i.e. phone #1 will get 350 kbps download, and phone #2 will get 3000 kbps download.

Does anyone know why this could be happening?

Thanks!

Is this more likely to be an issue with my router than my iPhones? Because I have upgraded the firmware and tried different settings as well.

Thanks again.
