Two iPhones - share/mirror notifications

hi friends, I am new here.

Would like to ask for your help on the following:

1) I have two iPhones, say Phone A and Phone B.
2) is it possible for Phone A's notifications (e.g. incoming SMS, WhatsApp) to be shared/mirrored on Phone B?
3) if mirroring is not possible, can some form of notification be sent to Phone B when there are incoming SMS, WhatsApp messages?
