Two junk mail folders and apple mail to do?

I use outlook 2003 to view my me.com items at work and this has added a default junkmail folder to my folders list. so now I have junk e-mail and junk. the junk one is the default mac one so what can I do to only have one?

Also what is the applemail to do folder cos whenever i delete it it comes back, is it a outbox folder?
