I'm running an iMac with macOS Catalina now. I will be buying a Mac Mini M4, 24 GB Memory, 1TB SSD Storage as my main computer. I will have 2 Magic Keyboards, one for each computer. Both Mac's will be in the same room at home. I want 1 keyboard for the iMac and the other keyboard for the Mac Mini, Bluetooth connection. Is this possible and how would I set up the Bluetooth connection?

Just pair one keyboard to one Mac, and pair the other keyboard to the other Mac. That’s all you need to do because they won’t interfere with each other.
