What does this mean for wireless behavior, performance?

This should not affect the overall phroformence unless you are connected to 3 ipads networks and wifi at the same time. Especially 2 or more because i tthink that is the min for the wifi networks on ipads that can be connected at the same time i just hope im not wrong i hate to priovide dalse info...Looks if you think i fixed this please like this status!

Reset the network settings then try again with the main wifi network.
Or take it in the Apple Store because I think you might have a hardware problem.

No it works great, pulling 30/7 Mbps speedtest.net, speedy and zippy.

I just want to know I'd, and how it would know to bridge and simultaneously link across the two networks, if it's capable of that, etc.

No, the iPad can connect only to 1 network at a time.
