Two Phones - One with Premier Activation Codes

So a quick question. I have a phone coming today via Apple, another one tomorrow via ATT (both Fed EX'd and tracked)

I only need one...should I use the ATT premier activation code/email instructions on the one I get today and return the apple phone?

Or activate the first phone as normal and return the ATT phone to ATT?

Or sell on ebay? Or can my girlfriend activate it on her account?

Can't get thru to ATT
