Two question about deliver from Apple Store

Hello I have 2 question about delivery from Apple online store by courier.

1) Is it possible (for free) to delay delivery date (3days) as the Apple says in order?

2) Is it possible to buy iPhone online and somebody else will pick up the phone from courier? Do I have to be me or can my friend?
