two questions- clock & apps folder

1. My apps folder has disappeared from the dock... um, I don't know what I did, or how to get it back on the dock? help?

2. I am looking for a good desktop clock, that I can add to the dock. Any suggestions?

Apps Folder in Dock

You can add any item from the finder to the dock by dragging it to the dock. Note that this doesn't actually move the item to the dock, it just puts a copy of it (a pointer actually) in the dock.

Thanks! I got it put back. But it doesn't look like the folder with the 'a' on it- it looks like the address book. weird.

Right click on it. Select Display As Folder.
It's displaying the icon of the first thing listed in the folder.

Finger Alarm will be available in the App Store shortly. This is the clock you want. It does everything. Finger Alarm was submitted Feb 24 should go live shortly. I have a beta version that I use daily and it is really functional and super easy to use as an alarm clock as well.
