First question is in regards to my 1G Shuffle:
I just got a replacement because mine died, and I am having an annoying problem: it never remembers the playback position. I'll turn the shuffle off, and then back on later, and it replays from the beginning of the playlist, without fault. What could cause this and is there a way to fix it (including a second replacement)?
Second question is in regards to the apple recylcing program:
Because of all my problems with shuffles, and the fact I want an ipod with a screen, I am going to get a nano. I have a busted mini that I'd like to trade in to get the 10% off. Do I just have to bring the mini to the apple store (without accessories etc)?
