Two quick questions about Philips hue...

1. I was wondering how two starter kits can differ so much in price. Am I right to say that LUX is for white light only?

2. The lamps I have take E14 light bulbs but I think I can only buy hue in E27. I have seen that I can buy adapters. If I put the hue bulbs into these adapters, will the wifi still work, or where are the sensors?

Lux is for white light only.

Can't really answer the second question, but everything should still work as long as the bulb is getting electricity.
