I am using Powerpoint 2011 on a MBP running 10.8.2 and I have two odd problems.
The first is that when I am showing a presentation I have my text animated to appear one bullet point at a time. On the screen I see all the text as a ghostly gray which, as I move through the slide, becomes the correct color as the animation proceeds.
The second involves slide numbers. I like to number my slides in the format "slide number/total slides". I have it set on the slide master to show up in the footer with the usual "<#>" for the slide number and in the past I added the "/total" and then turned on the footers. Currently the actual slide number shows up just fine but the total number of slides does not.
I am stumped on these and would love any insight that I can get.
