AppleCare expires next month; looks like i will extend it. Looking to AW3, it looks like the only real incremental feature is the blood pressure sensor - not sure why I woulnd’t keep this AWU for another few years. If I really want a blood pressure sensor, I could probably get a cheap series 11.

This watch is great. Still speedy, works well, etc. Excellent buy

I upgraded my launch day AWU with a battery life of 87%, to the AWU2 back in November 2024, even though I know there’s a possibility of the AWU3 releasing this year. It would be nice to have blood pressure monitoring, but I have already been diagnosed with HBP, so I just use my cuff 3 times a day to make sure my meds are working.

If your battery powered device shows 100% battery health after 2 years you might need to calibrate the reading, charge to 100%, then use the device until it switches itself off at 0%, then charge it again immediately and check the battery health again.
