I am sorry if this is not in the right place, but after searching, my guess is that you most likely will not mind.

For my problem

I have a standard form at my company where we fill it out by hand and send it out to people.

This form is in PDF format.. how can I create an image so people can open this PDF and just type the information in the available spaces?

Any link or information would be very helpful

Thank you in advance and have a good day.

You are talking about a "fillable form"

Unfortunately, even though the OS has the ability to save documents as PDF, fillable forms are not part of the built in ability.

You will need to acquire Acrobat Pro.

Or, you can recreate the form in (an Office) program, and send it out as a template.
