hmm sounds like you have to have an iPhone...because the "more info" says it makes your EDGE faster...

I think there's actually a 'hack' to set up an ad-hoc wifi network between a wifi enabled T-Mobile cell phone with TZones and your touch to get online... I know this is possible, I've read about it being done with a couple of different TMo phones... maybe this is what you were thinking about doing?
