Tzones in iPhone iOS4?

Hi everyone, when I upgraded my phone from 3.1.2 to 4.0 I noticed that I lost my tzones settings. When I try to go to cellular network I notice that the APN and MMS fields are not there. Does anyone know how to fix this?
