iPod touch U have to be kidding me!!!!!!

i just got my ipod touch its a refurbrished from the apple store and im trying to register it..... im on the register my ipod screen where u fill out your name, address, etc. and i filled it out, and hit submit, the screen kinda blinks (looks like its loading then doesn't do jack ****....... im pissed because whenever i get an ipod something like this happenes!!!!!!!! Please post, u will be my life saver if u can help me!!!!!!!!!!
