If your order time is LATER than the last post I this thread (let's start with 12:03:50 PDT) AND your card has been charged please post here including time and date of charge and available order/shipping status.

If everyone follows this simple process then this thread should tell the approximate order time Apple has reached in the queue.

PLEASE do not post if:
- your card has not been charged
- your order time is earlier than the last post

I recommend you edit your original post to include to include the fact the time of your order should be obtained from Apple only. Email headers and time stamps aren't accurate.
