So my fiancee gave me her old ipod 5.5 gen video. It was pretty beat up and the battery was shot.
I have always wanted the U2 iPod so I went on eBay and bought the U2 body including the black chrome back with the signatures and the black front with the click wheel as well as a battery.
After a pretty intense swap of all the internals from the old one too the new one I got it working and it is perfect, now what I am wondering is if there is a way to make the picture of the iPod in iTunes show up as a U2 ipod instead of the white ipod that it orginally was. I know this is stored on the ipod...at least i thought it was, is there any way to change it.
