Uber Over LTE is Amazing!

I may be easily impressed but today I tried out the Uber app with my iPhone turned off and it worked! The app was quick and easy and it’s really cool to know I could go for a 1 way run and come home with an Uber or have a heavy phone usage day and use the watch to get home etc. Wish more apps worked over cellular, it really is wonderful when the app is designed for it.

For now you can tell your driver where you’re going. I’m sure in a few weeks, you’ll be able to enter the address via the app. But in the meantime, we celebrate the opportunities ahead with the Apple Watch.

Wasn’t a huge problem, when you sit down you just tell the driver where to go, wasn’t a big deal at all

Yea thought this would be annoying, but in practice it makes the interaction faster, would of course love this ability in the future as well as Apple Pay support, but it’s really awesome as is
