I've got this prompt when I start up my macbook pro

Can you give a little more detail? It is hard to tell from your original post what the exact problem you are seeing is...

What is the UCLOCATOR app that is asking permission to start ? Why does it want my location ? is it some kind of system function asking for permission or some application if so what application ?

Also is there anyway that I can tell what application this request is coming from ?

Uclocator is a part of UnderCover, by Orbicule. It is to track your laptop if it is stolen...

Well but I don't remember installing any UnderCover on my mac... Can it be some sort of malware attack hiding behind the "uclocator"??? I have recently been removing some malware and win viruses from my mac. Any ideas what to do with it, there is no such file as uclocator on my hdd.
