Cerrone vs. Jury will be a good match up. We'll finally see Jury get a step up in competition. Taking out an old Gomi and Sanchez really doesn't make a person elite. Looks great on paper though.

Lombard will run through Burkman.

I REALLY want DC to win but with Jones' reach, its going to be a pretty tall mountain to climb.

I've seen Jones dismantle Lyoto Machida and Vitor Belfort cageside with the 84.5 reach, so that's definitely a huge advantage, but I feel Cormier is used to fighting bigger guys with bigger reaches. And his Olympic caliber wrestling & cardio is a huge equalizer. Plus the knockout power and if he fights to win, not to lose as I expect him to clinches it for me.

I expect the unexpected from Jones too.

Difference will be Cormier won't be afraid to get inside even if that means getting hit and won't be afraid to do so, the others could barely do that or pull it off if they did (save for Gust but he had reach too). Cormier strength and power could definitely send jones for a loop and throw him off his game if he can't use his reach. Going to be a good brutal fight with the hate they have for each other. I'm going for Cormier for the win.

Yeah Cormier's Olympic background will def. give him an advantage that the Dragon or Belfort never had but at the end of the day, his biggest disadvantage is his physical limitations. Its hard to get in close when your opponent has a crazy long reach.

And while DC does train with heavyweights, and one of the greatest heavyweights at that, its still going to be hard to close the distance. Mostly when he has to shoot so far out to avoid Jones' reach.

People are forgetting that Jones' has the body of a freaking heavyweight. I won't be surprised if he'll be fighting at that weight class in the very near future.
