Ugh daylight savings

so my MBP set itself ok.. great..

my white 4s.. nope.. and i checked and have the auto setting on to auto.. didnt fall back..

what caused this?
and i dont even know if i know how to set the time LOL.. i could power off and on .. proly will fix but i want to keep as it while "trouble shooting"

i know i can power off and on but i want to keep it as is until i can figure out why
