Ugh! updated my iPad mini to iOS9 and it hosed

Yup downloaded the update and ran the install then it locked up
now I am having to connect my iPad to my iMac (iTunes) and see if I can restore it
dammit but glad I did this on my iPad and not my iPhone

My iPhone 6+ and iPad Mini 2, My Wife's iPhone 6 and iPad Mini all updated (mostly fine) with no show stoppers. Wonder if you had download traffic issues. Hope you get it working with a minimum of fuss.
