Uh oh, wrong shipping address

I recently moved and wasn't careful about the shipping address and my phone is designated as being shipped to my old address. On the apple store it says that I can't edit my address, and when I call support I just get disconnected due to high volume.

Is this something that I should be able to take care of before it actually ships, considering that it is a pre-order? Or am I screwed?

keep checking back with apple's order status page; eventually you will be able to change it. it took a few hours for me.

what the guy above me said. i also put the wrong address and you have to wait till your order goes into "processing" to be able to change the shipping address.

Same situation and I just got changed to "Processing" and was able to edit the shipping address. (I must say i tried 2 times and it failed, but 3rd time worked so don't phreak... just persevere.)
