I am new to this. Run while you can.

I jailbroke my 1.14 ipod touch with iLiberty+.

If I upgrade to 2.0 will I be able to crack it after updating, or should I keep my cracked one and upgrade to a precracked FW 2.0?

Sorry, I assume it is safe to go to 2.0 then crack. I am just making sure..you know?

you could probably do either, but if you really want to be sure then wait before you upgrade.

they have already broken 2.0 but it hasn't been 'released' yet.

Personally, I'm ditching jailbreaking because for iPod touch there isn't really much point in having it any more (unless you want to support the jailbreaking community / need an app that you can only get with jailbreaking).

if you have an iPhone then you might still want to jailbreak / unlock for other networks etc, but iPod touch you can just use standard 2.0 really without having to fiddle too much - because there are free apps too (developers will get more coverage on standard the iTunes store so I'm guessing it would be a good move for them to make).
