UI slow and laggy after long streaming session.

Hello,
I use my MBP16 16gb 5300 for online teaching. I stream using a virtual cam through ecamm into google meet. I have an extended desktop on a 4k screen and use a cam link to stream with an A7Riii After 8 straight hours, I'll shut everything down, but I notice the UI is laggy scrolling, clicking, typing, opening document, etc. Normally, things are quite snappy, but not after. Restarting helps and things return to normal, but is there anything else I can do, and is this a symptom of some other problem in the system?

No and this is after I’ve quit all of the programs.

Any temperature spikes? I have noticed this happen if my system gets too hot.
