I have been using Modal in my app which has worked fine, but it was only in landscape at the time so it looked ok. Now I will allow it to rotate and I will use a nav controller for many of my screens.

I read the navcontroller article on apples site and didn't see if using navigation controllers is less heavy on memory than going modal.

Just asking out of curiosity, if anyone can explain that would be fantastic!
