iOS UIPrerenderedIcon ignored in iTunes Store

Hi everyone,

I submitted my application with
UIPrerenderedIcon set to TRUE (boolean) in the Info.plist. It's now online for several days in the AppStore.

The icon is displayed correctly (no shine):
o On the device
o On the AppStore on the device

In the iTunes App Store (Mac) however there is an ugly shine added to the icon. I reuploaded the 512x512 in iTunes Connect serveral times (as suggested on the net). But so far (after 24 hours and second upload after 48 hours) I can see no change in the AppStore (shine in iTunes is still there).

Does anyone know a workaround or which mail address to write to (iTunes Connect only has online help assistant) to fix the problem?

I have the same problem, too.

It is a long known bug that the UIPrerenderedIcon key is not recognized properly.. Now that the workaround also seem not to be working, it is worse!
