iOS UIRequiredDeviceCapabilities for network (wifi or cellular network)

Is it necesssary to set the UIRequiredDeviceCapabilities for my application accessing wifi and cellular network data(GPRS) for calling WebService.

If so , what is the key value required to place in the info.plist

I have not tested my application on iPod , so does it could be possible that Appstore may test the application on iPod touch

Also how to set the iPhone OS Platform minimum requirement for the app
