iOS UITextView in UITableViewCell doesn't show text

I have some issue when my tableview is in editing mode some when I attach image to my model my tableview in UITableViewCell does not show text

This happen in iPhone 2.2 build run on 2.2.1 OS but it does not occur in OS 3.0

Anyone have any idea???
