UK Apple Store - MBP 11 Lead Times

I ordered my 2011 15' MBP on 6th March, and my order still hasn't been dispatched, anyone know how long the build takes, my order was:

High end 2.2GHz 15'
upgrade hard-drive to 500GB 7200
upgrade screen to Hi-Res (1680x1050)

I ordered mine on Saturday 5th March and it got shipped by UPS on the 8th March. My spec is exactly like yours
15"
2.2 GHz
500 GB 7200 RPM
Hi Res Glossy Screen

The only thing I can think of is I ordered in UK Educational Store and paid with creditcard. It can take longer to process if you pay with check or bank transfer etc.
Maybe you should give it a few days and give them a called.

i also ordered on the HE store, and used a credit card.

Guess ill give them till end of today, and then give them a ring

In my experience despite the lead time on the store saying 1-2 business days the actual time it takes to receive the system can be anything from 1-3 weeks.

My MBP order was placed 28th Feb and received yesterday, a friends MBA order was placed a couple of days earlier than mine and should be with him today.

I've held off from ordering. I'm worried about delivery times also. My iMac took 4 weeks !

I'm out in the US in April and wondered if I ordered 'now' if I'd get the MBP in time. Don't want it left outside or anything like that.
