Uk Apple Store Reservation comes good after 14 attempts !

Hi All,

just wanted to share my good news of getting the elusive e mail from Uk Apple tonight confirming I have been successful after 14 attempts on reserving an iphone 5 16gb Sim Free.

Happy days.

Sorry I meant I reserved mine today & when my friend got his they just asked for a name :)

bandofbrothers, did you try different names or email addresses every day? Or just tried ONE email for 14 days?

I tried two different e mail addressees for the first 7 attempts, then just went on to using my primary e mail address for 7 attempts after that, the 14th being successful.
 
Actually ONLY 3rd day of trying. I got a confirmation to one of my emails at 8:30pm tonight.

Some helpful details:
1. 6-10 different IP's per day
2. Different email/name to each IP
3. Each "user" made a reservation for white AND black 16GB iPhones in ALL following shops:
London, White City
London, Regent Street
London, Brent Cross
London, Covent Garden
London, Stratford City
Milton Keynes, Milton Keynes
Watford, The Harlequin
Grays, Essex, Lakeside
Greenhithe, Kent, Bluewater
Kingston upon Thames, Bentall Centre
Reading, The Oracle
Bromley, The Glades

The successful reservation was made for Bluewater at about 10:20am, so definitely NO first come first serve basis, as my other "users" reserved iPhones in ALL shops at 9:00, 9:30 etc
And you can at least try as much shops as you want everyday!
